Booking arrangements – useful information

• The prices shown are per person per day for half board and include all Hotel Reischach’s services.
• For bed and breakfast only there will be a reduction of € 5.00.
• Reductions for children accommodated in parents’ rooms: 0–2 years: fixed price of € 12.00 per day. 2-6 years 50%. 6-12 years 30%. From 12 years 10%.
• Single use of double rooms will be charged at the single room rate plus 40%.
• Rooms are ready for occupation from 2 pm on day of arrival.
• Rooms must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
• We are happy to take room bookings according to the type of room, but we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors.
• Deposit and reservation: confirmation of the room you have booked is only valid once your deposit has been received.
• You can settle your bill in cash, by cheque, cash dispenser (ATM) or VISA.
• Please understand that due to Italian legislation smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms or in the public rooms. We have provided a smoking lounge for smokers where they can smoke without any restrictions.
• Cancellations: reservations can be cancelled up to 1 month before your holiday starts. After this date the deposit will no longer be refunded and will not be valid for any other reservations.
